I’m wondering is we should take out a loan for $20,000 and fix up our house or do we sell the house and just buy a home that is already fixed up. I have taken things like the weak economy, record high foreclosures into consideration. Right now, our budget is set up that we can survive on one income. And we couldn’t do that if we had a more expensive home. All opinions are welcome.
